Stress Management Training for Workplaces 

Unaddressed stress can result in employees experiencing anxiety, fatigue, aches and pains, insomnia and other contributing health issues. 

This has an impact on productivity levels, retention rates and absenteeism 

  • ​Since the Covid pandemic stress-related absenteeism has increased across all sectors.

  •  Around 51% of long-term sick leave is due to stress, depression, or anxiety

We offer Stress Management Training to workplaces that gives staff the knowledge and skills to identify their own stress responses, because everybody responds differently to stress. Staff will also gain range of tools they can use to manage their individual stress responses.

 

Stress Management Training (Duration 2 hours) This Training covers: 

  • Different types of stress 

  • How stress affects the body, mind and emotions 

  • Understanding the stress responses,  

  • The window of tolerance,  

  • Practical Mindfulness tools to manage stress

  • Meditations
